Labor Only
Turn Key (Agree to a framing labor bid and we will take it from there. We will give a $.10 discount on the labor bid if we provide the materials. If you decide or would like the opportunity to provide your own labor at some point later. Accept the material bid and now the labor bid can be nullified if you choose. If you explain how this works to your framer (we can help). He knows how much faster the job will go for him. And typically can give a revised estimate at substantial savings.)
Materials Only (You can follow the path of the turn key bid and null the labor bid once the material bid is accepted. Or you can accept a services bid and decide later to convert to materials. And since the “services” are needed for us to complete the material bid. That cost is included in the materials and now the service only bid can be nullified.
