WHY SHOULD YOU USE MY SERVICE?
• I would like to assist your company with a service that I would be ideal for cost savings and prevention of road blocks in the building process. I have been framing homes for over 20 years. You most likely have framers that you trust and rely on. I am not looking to take work away from them, rather to streamline the framing process for you , them and the homeowners. There is redundancy (therefore inefficiency) in the framing process that most currently practice. Bidding, takeoffs , lumber, engineering ,drafting and the framing itself all require in depth study (time) of each plan. At every step , there is a chance of error and miscommunication between all parties involved.
• Most lumber estimators account for 8-15% of waste into your lumber bill. It has been documented that 95% of contractors are being stolen from in a given year. Excess or unused wood accounts for 40% of jobsite waste according to the NAHB. My system will maximize use of the materials and guaranteed to reduce waste.

• Allowing me to do your take offs will allow your framer to be more efficient and complete your jobs more timely.
• The areas or problems I can identify prior to the start of the job will also prevent wasted time for your framer and waiting on more materials to be delivered.
• Delivering the wood to your jobsite already cut along with a detailed and simplified plan for your framer will ensure a smoother experience for all parties involved.
• I am willing to train any framer on how to read these plans and make sure the process is streamlined with their crews.

• Turn Key Best value and easiest. You will save money, go faster, be cleaner and greener with no headache. No need to keep up with delivery or return of material.
• Precut Lumber Package (with hands on instruction) Great for high volume builders with many framing crews. Same benefits as above. Just a little training for your framer. They will be making more money and therefore…. You will have the pick of the best crews.
• Lumber Package You will get same plans and potential issue list. Just not as efficient
• Consulting with plans, takeoff and list of potential issues
